The idea behind my artwork is sustainability.... reduce, reuse, and recycle. The less we have in the landfills, the better! All of my artwork is make from 100% recycled materials - materials that were on their way to a life sentenced to a landfill.

this dude (vase included) was hand crafted from miller lite, mountain dew, coke zero, and grape sunkist. there are rocks and resin in the bottom to simulate water effects.

enjoy!

What really stands out for me is that vibrant, attractive blue. It is incredibly well made and the composition is absolutely astounding. To make something so beautiful out of soda pop cans is amazing! Even the way you took the photograph is quite intelligent and technical as well! I am, by nature, attracted to almost anything that is the colour blue or has the colour blue in it. In actual fact I have had thoughts and I imagined flowers being made out of scrap metal very much like how you did! Even the design of the flower is almost exact to the ones I think about. However, I am no metal worker :XD:.

What I also love about this is the colours you used! Blue and purple always go well together and the green stem on the flower makes it all seem so natural! I hope you continue to use and develop your skills and talents with metal work. And all for such a good cause too, the environment.

I say keep at it! :D
